Redleaf Framing wishes to offer a great quality product at a fair price.

We are new to Wahroonga but not new to framing.

Redleaf Picture Framing and Gallery is located at 25c Redleaf Avenue, Wahroonga, with our bright red door entrance being on Redleaf Lane beside the car park, sandwiched between Baker's Delight and Barry O'Farrell's electorate office.

Parking is available for customers right outside the door.

The owners and operators are Adam & Sue Cruickshank.

Sue has more than 25 years experience in framing and was previously the owner of a framing shop in Mosman. She also has an honours degree in Fine Art. Since the sale of the Mosman shop she has continued a framing business out of a workshop on our farm.

Originally from Warwickshire in the UK, I studied art in Derby Technical College, Bath Academy and Sheffield University.

Framing is personal, there is not always a right or wrong, with considerations such as style, taste, value and cost to be taken into account. We are able to help and advise with all aspects including conservation framing.

I first started framing in 1988. I have owned and operated two framing businesses, in Mosman and another at Mangrove Mountain where Adam and I now live on 20 acres with our son Fergus, 5 horses, 2 dogs and 10 chickens.

In more recent years I have also run an out of hours child care centre and enjoyed involving the children in various art projects and building billy carts and tepees, besides operating grant projects in fabric painting and dyeing, sword and shield creating and decorating, sculpture projects and school play set props.

I also have a long standing interest in photography, both as an art form and as a social medium. I take pictures for my own pleasure and have been the photographer of record for school events over many years.
